Senior Account Executive
Location: UK - Remote
Salary: £100,000 base + £120,000 OTE + Benefits
An exciting opportunity for an experienced account executive to join a thriving team with the chance to utilize their account management skillset in a rewarding and upbeat environment. You will work on the strategic development of the customers' business processes and collaborate with SaaS solutions in the e-commerce and store solutions space.
Your main responsibilities in the role will include:
1. Owning and maintaining customer relationships
2. Communicating measurable value and proactively identifying development needs for customers
3. Identifying profitable strategic solutions for customers
4. Identifying commercial development opportunities and opportunities to lead upsell/cross-sell
5. Monitoring customers' key performance metrics and taking actions to improve them
6. Pipeline generation
To be successful in the position, you will likely have:
1. Experience and knowledge of SaaS solutions
2. 5+ years of selling SaaS into the retail space at the 7-figure value
3. Experience in B2B relationship building on executive and senior level accounts
