Project Controls Manager - Upskilling and Team Development

We deliver professional services within PMO project delivery, particularly in the areas of project planning, project controls, risk management, and enhanced business intelligence.
We are looking for an experienced Project Controls Manager for a 6-month role with a nuclear client; managing a team of 8 controllers, while focusing on their training, development, and upskilling primarily in the use of Primavera P6 and other controls disciplines.
Qualifications
* Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years in project controls, including planning, cost control, and risk management.
* Industry Expertise: Experience in Infrastructure, Energy, Construction, Nuclear, Rail.
* Leadership: Proven track record in leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
* Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of project controls tools such as Primavera P6, Power BI, SAP, Prism, or similar.
* Training & Development: Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
* Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Certifications: APM, PMP, or similar project management qualifications (desirable).
Additional Information
Full-time role; 4 days per week on-site in Avonmouth, Bristol. Occasional travel to Hinkley Point C (1 day per fortnight) may also be required, with 1 day per week working remotely.
