Overview:
The role is 07:30 till 16:30, Monday to Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. This role requires flexibility around working hours to meet customer needs.
Accountable & responsible for meeting & exceeding sales targets and GP within the given Territory.
Develop close business relationships with all major accounts to grow business organically and seek out new business opportunities.
Guide, inspire, and teach partners the company way.
Expert in understanding products, market area, trends, opportunities, and competitive activities for the territory.
Grow partners and the region.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage contact with all contacts within Partner accounts within the Territory.
2. Develop and improve excellent relationships with all new and existing partners.
3. Develop contacts through levels of expertise by winning opportunities and supporting through the sales process (coaching & training).
4. Monitor sales data for territory and keep up to date with market trends and partners’ needs.
5. Ensure account profiles are updated swiftly and accurately for all partners.
6. Follow up on all leads within 24 hours (i.e. sample requests, contact forms, etc).
7. Ensure management reports are accurate and submitted on time.
8. Manage all aspects of the pipeline from gaining opportunities to closing them down.
9. Aware of competitive activities within major partners/accounts.
10. Ensure activities are promptly recorded on the CRM database.
11. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing Partners/Developers/Third Parties detailing the success & credibility of the company & its products by utilizing category management techniques/information to grow.
12. Forecast sales and GP annually and quarterly.
13. Identify underperformance with correct actions.
14. Be financially astute with pricing, and provide comprehensive reports and recommendations for territory.
15. Involved in the creation of sales strategy for territory & present to Sales/Managing Director for approval.
16. Identify underperforming Partners and present and execute strategy for recovery within the reporting timeframe (i.e. current quarter).
17. Responsible for visual merchandising whilst visiting all partners, with full responsibility for small installations & improvements, and support in large installations.
18. Issue resolution to ensure partner growth.
