We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist Administrator who will be integral to the smooth running of our Next Steps Centre in Norwich. You will need excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills and have general office experience and a flexible approach to work. You will need to have empathetic interpersonal and customer service skills that enable you to respond effectively to everyone accessing our services.
We are looking for a good team player who has a positive, solution-focused approach to work and the ability to successfully organise varied workloads. Previous experience of data entry on spreadsheets and client management systems and working within a substance misuse or healthcare environment will be an advantage.
The Matthew Project is a value-driven charity working across East Anglia giving help and hope through programmes with adults, young people, and communities affected by drugs, alcohol, and mental health issues. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, of any faith or none.
This role will require the successful candidate to undertake an enhanced DBS check prior to starting employment.
