Account Manager - B2B Marketing
Location: Hybrid with regular travel to client sites and our Milton Keynes office
Contract: Initially 12 month fixed term

About the Role:
As an Account Manager within UNIFI, you’ll join one of the most exciting areas of our business, and by joining the team you'll be pivotal in delivering exceptional marketing services to our Automotive clients.
Your mission? To maintain and grow robust relationships with our B2B Automotive clients, ensuring their marketing goals are not just met but exceeded. With a blend of strategy, creativity, analytics and first-class organisational skills, you'll be at the heart of driving business success in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing and executing tailor-made marketing campaigns that align with our clients' business objectives.
2. Maintaining and nurturing strong, fruitful relationships with existing B2B clients, while always on the lookout for new opportunities to expand our client base.
3. Analysing data to gauge campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure maximum Return on marketing investment for our clients.
4. Coordinating with various internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of marketing services, from creative development to campaign execution.
5. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the design, marketing and digital disciplines and educate/influence clients on new approaches, trends and technology solutions to enhance our marketing offerings.
What We're Looking For:
1. A strategic thinker with a flair for creativity and innovation in marketing.
2. Experience of developing campaigns across a broad range of different media.
3. Proven experience in expertly managing B2B client relationships and marketing campaigns.
4. Passionate about innovation, you'll ideally have knowledge of marketing automation and other cutting-edge tools and techniques.
5. Plenty of experience of writing clear, thought-provoking creative briefs, presentations and proposals as demonstrated by your good written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical abilities to assess marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
6. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a knack for identifying opportunities for growth.
7. Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Account Engagement, CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
8. Sound knowledge of the Automotive sector, including markets and market levers, competitors, tools and product detail and financial strategies.
9. Experience of supporting, mentoring and coaching junior members of your account team to help develop their skills and experience.
