As we continue to deliver cutting-edge technology and new ideas, we are lookingfor a Head of Digital Marketing to join our organisation to drive the digitaltransformation and strategic growth within Croda Beauty and Homecare.Instrumental in identifying unmet market needs and creating tailored digitalstrategies.
Reporting into the VPMarketing of our Consumer Care business, you will shape and execute thedigital strategy, drive growth and enhance customer engagement in the B2Bsector. You will leverage deep expertise in digital ecosystems to leadcross-functional teams creating cutting-edge, data-driven campaigns aligningbusiness goals and key market trends. You will ensure the continual optimisationof Croda's digital platforms, including SEO, social commerce, and websiteevolution, to create value and personalise the online experience for diversecustomer personas.
KeyResponsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Category and Innovation teams on Go-To-Market plans for our products and formulations.
2. Lead the identification of unmet market needs and emerging digital trends. Translate key market insights into strategic digital initiatives, driving innovation launches through social media and digital platforms.
3. Be the digital voice and representative for Consumer Care and feed requirements into digital transformation or business change projects.
4. Work with cross-functional teams to execute strategic digital projects, maintaining close alignment with senior leadership to ensure digital initiatives support broader corporate goals.
5. Spearhead new ideas that position Croda as a leader in digital solutions within the B2B landscape, creating seamless customer journeys and improving lead generation and conversion.
6. Oversee the execution of data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. Set clear KPIs for digital performance, focusing on driving B2B lead generation, eCommerce sales when enabled, and market expansion.
7. Regularly analyse campaign results, review ROI, and optimise digital investments to meet conversion, sample request, and engagement targets.
8. Build and develop teams responsible for global digital channels and platforms. Guide regional and country teams on best practices for local digital platforms and strategies.
9. Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight for team members or external agencies involved in digital projects.
10. Be the brand advocate for Consumer Care and ensure consistency across all our platforms, globally.
11. Work with the Digital Experience team to continuously develop and improve our CMS platform to meet the needs of the customers.
Whowe’re looking for:
12. Degree qualified in Marketing, Digital Marketing or relevant subject preferred.
13. Extensive experience in Digital Marketing in a B2B setting.
14. Proven experience in creating and implementing digital strategies with expertise in enhancing customer engagement.
15. Strategic thinker, creative with excellent analytical skills and exceptional leadership ability.
16. Hands on Leader for a high performing team.
17. Data focussed with the ability to interpret data into meaningful information to advise on logical next steps that align with the global strategy.
18. Excellent communication and influencing skills to build relationships internally and with key customers globally.
19. Understanding of Digital channels SEO/PPC/Social/Email Marketing.
20. Awareness of CRO and UX and the impact this has on users of Croda’s website.
21. Experience in Sitecore, Mailchimp, SemRush, Conductor, Hootsuite, GA4 is desirable.
