We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Client Relationship Advisor to join our team at Moorview Referrals. You’ll take the lead in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that showcase our services and values.
Please Note: While the advertised title for this role is Marketing Executive to reflect the scope of responsibilities and industry expectations, the successful candidate will hold the internal title of Client Relationship Advisor.
As a Client Relationship Advisor, you’ll work closely with our clinical and management teams to create compelling content, build our online presence, and strengthen our connections with referring practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Engagement: Manage and expand our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and veterinary communities. You will develop and share engaging content aimed at both referring vets and pet owners, showcasing our advanced services, specialist expertise, and success stories to increase referrals and raise awareness of our clinic.
Content Creation & Strategy: Craft targeted social media campaigns that resonate with both veterinary professionals and pet owners. Share case studies, educational material, and service highlights to build trust in our expertise and promote referrals. Tailor messages to suit different audiences, ensuring that our content appeals to both industry professionals and the general public.
Relationship Building & Visits: Take a proactive role in visiting referring practices to strengthen existing relationships and establish new connections. You will represent our hospital in person, introducing our services to new clinics and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with veterinary teams.
Networking & Outreach: Use social media to actively network with referring vets, ensuring our hospital remains top-of-mind for advanced treatments. You will also engage directly with pet owners through digital platforms, encouraging them to ask their local vets about referrals to our hospital for specialised care.
Data & Feedback: Track social media performance, referral trends, and gather feedback from referring practices. Use insights to continuously improve our approach and identify opportunities for growing our referral network.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Client Engagement Advisor to drive our referral strategy, using social media and in-person networking to build strong relationships with referring practices, whilst also engaging directly with pet owners to promote our services and drive referral cases.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in the veterinary sector or animal healthcare is preferred but not essential.
* Proven expertise in social media marketing and content creation, especially for professional networking (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with both veterinary professionals and pet owners.
* Confident, personable, and proactive with the ability to maintain long-term professional relationships.
* Organised, with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
* A full clean driving licence is required for this role.
Working Hours
This is a part-time position, offering 24 hours per week across three days, with flexibility on which days you work. No weekend or bank holiday shifts are required for this role.
