Culinary Expertise Required
We're looking for an experienced Chef to join our team and help us deliver exceptional food experiences for Healthcare. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality food preparation.
About the Role
This is a full-time position, contracted to 35 hours per week, with opportunities to progress within our market-leading food service company in the UK. You'll work closely with our team to develop menus, improve food services, and maintain kitchen hygiene standards.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement menus that meet our quality standards
- Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management and staff supervision
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Support the development of new menu ideas and creative food concepts
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety practices
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
