Job Description
* Welcomes guests and takes care of them from their arrival through to departure.
* Anticipates guest’s needs and takes them into consideration.
* Handles guest’s complaints and/or remarks, providing a response as soon as possible, respecting the Ibis 15 minute contract.
* Completes all tasks linked to the guest’s arrival and departure in compliance with internal procedures.
* Handles phone calls.
* Handles reservations.
* Prepares snacks and breakfast outside of restaurant hours, respecting the procedures concerning invoicing and banking.
* Respects the hotel’s commitment to the ‘Environment charter’ (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste).
* Ensures the workplace is clean and tidy.
* Ensures the safety of people and property within the hotel.
Qualifications
* Good knowledge of Windows.
* Fluent in the local language; English.
* Team spirit.
* Capable of being a lone worker or working with a team.
* Versatile.
* Dynamic.
* Sales oriented.
