Job Summary The Brand Manager will be responsible for the management and development of the Beauty Works consumer brand and product educational content for Beauty Works. Focusing on planning and communicating brand and consumer content strategy across the different marketing channels, social, website, marketplaces, email and performance channels. The ideal candidate will be customer focused and think creatively about how to connect and resonate with our customer base whilst being organised and proficient in juggling multiple content projects. Role Outline You will work with the brand and creative teams to audit and identify gaps in the customer product content strategy, updating relevant pages and ensuring all consumer educational content is up to date across all platforms in order to grow our addressable customer base You will be responsible for ensuring all Beauty Works copy and branding [assets] is consistent across all different platforms from Beauty Works online, to Marketplaces to policing our retail partner websites. You will be responsible for delivering the Consumer product and educational content marketing plans including working with the NPD team on creating product marketing copy, defining USPs for the customer, relevant social content is filmed and filed accurately and ensuring creative briefs are aligned. You will work closely with the Professional Trade Sales team to support with sales presentation and professional sales brochures are up to date and ‘on brand’. You will also work closely with the Education Manager to schedule shoots for the Education Hub and identify quick wins where there’s content gaps in our product range. Providing brand marketing support for any launches with new and existing retail partners across instore and online You will have three direct reports –to ensure a healthy balance of brand led (educational) content and promotional content which aligns with brand values & commercial targets You will enable your team to prioritise their workload by setting campaign objectives along with robust measurement to ensure brand activity is effective and drives growth across channels You will work closely with the CMO & Performance Marketing Manager to review brand investment impact across all channels and set KPIs & continuous improvement roadmaps for the team You’ll be responsible for leading and co-ordinating the educational content and guest appearances in the Beauty Works Tik Tok shop lives You & your team will produce weekly, monthly and trend reports, with clear actionable takeaways or recommendations for growth or development. Candidate Profile 5-7 years’ experience in a client side Brand Marketing role Content, Social & Influencer management experience essential An enthusiasm for the Beauty Works brand, its communities and popular culture Proficient in Powerpoint & Excel and campaign & reporting Excellent communicator – able to give clarity on priorities and set team direction for strategy Ability to form good working relationships with internal teams and external clients Project management skills and strong organisational skills Foreign travel possibly required in this role Comfortable leading influencer events and public speaking
