We are looking for an agile and proactive UK based Integrated / Digital Designer (marcomms) with a positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit for this high end luxury retail and homewares brand. We need someone with a folio of luxury brand design work as a must have.
Working as part of this buzzing Studio team, the Integrated / Digital Designer will utilise their motion design expertise to design effective direct marketing materials, collaborating on multi-channel promotional campaigns, creating dynamic social media content and providing crucial motion design support to the wider team, working with the brand's luxury imagery and style to communicate with its affluent audience.
What we need from this person:
1. Experience working within luxury/fashion/retail.
2. Previous experience as an Integrated or Digital Designer within an in-house brand or agency environment.
3. A confident creative thinker, excited to take on a challenge and produce new ideas for a creative luxury brand.
4. Ability to produce innovative ideas for cutting edge digital design, including motion.
5. Proven experience solely managing design projects, from ideation and research through to presenting mock-ups and producing final assets.
6. An exceptional portfolio of varied design work.
7. Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, with a keen interest in developing new skills for both online and offline design.
8. Proven experience in crafting creative content for digital and mobile-first marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, digital advertising, and on-site materials.
9. A talent for grasping brand strategy and translating it into compelling digital communication.
10. Strong typographic, layout, and motion design skills.
11. A team player, with a positive and enthusiastic working ethic.
Salary is approximately £40k pa.
Hybrid working - 3 days in the studio / 2 working from home.
Oxfordshire based.
