We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Science Lab Technician to join our team at a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in West Drayton. The ideal candidate will have experience working with KS3/4 students, particularly those with Autism, Dyslexia, and ADHD, and be confident in implementing strategies to support teaching and learning. Key Responsibilities: Support the preparation and execution of science experiments and practical lessons. Implement effective strategies tailored to the needs of students with additional learning needs. Collaborate with teaching staff to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Maintain a safe and organised lab, ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines. Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills to support students with SEND in a classroom setting. Requirements: Experience working with KS3/4 students, particularly those with SEND (Autism, Dyslexia, ADHD). Ability to start ASAP. A valid DBS on the Update Service.
