We are looking for an exceptional Category Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s success by driving category growth, optimizing product assortment, and strengthening relationships with retail partners. This role involves analyzing market trends, developing category strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize performance and market share within key retail accounts.

How you will contribute
You will:
* Update regular reports, reviewing category and brand performance.
* Share actionable insights with the Sales, Product & Marketing teams, to ensure that they are armed with relevant category insights and recommendations, presenting at monthly team meetings.
* Build relationships with key Grocery customers, supporting them with initiative-taking analysis and presenting key category recommendations.
* Conduct Range Reviews, identifying category opportunities and providing merchandising solutions that are right for the shopper, retailer, and Grenade business.
* Support the Category Manager with their accounts to help gain range and distribution.
* Connect multiple insights to develop compelling and succinct sell-in stories for new category opportunities.
* Continuously look for trends and opportunities to add value and create category improvements with our data & insight.
