Job Title: Night Support Worker Location: Longbridge, Birmingham Salary: £12.00 - £14.00 per hour Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Driving Requirement: Full UK driving licence preferred The Role We are looking for compassionate, motivated Night Support Workers to join our dedicated team at our Longbridge solo placement service in Birmingham. In this role, you will provide overnight support to individuals with Emotional and Behavioural Needs, particularly those in solo placements. Your work will help ensure a safe and supportive environment, offering tailored support in a way that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one care and support to individuals, ensuring their needs are met throughout the night. Assist withany other support required to encourage independence and personal growth. Support in maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle by encouraging participation in activities that align with their interests and goals. Offer emotional support and reassurance, promoting a sense of security for the young person. Ensure that h ealth and safety needs are always met during night shifts. Record observations and update care plans, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential. Work flexibly to cover different shifts across our services as needed, demonstrating a team player attitude and willingness to adapt to changing needs.
