Job Description
The Property Litigation Team Manager will be:
* Leading a team of solicitors and paralegals in managing telecoms real estate matters, including leases, wayleave agreements, trespass issues, and diversions.
* Delegating matters effectively to ensure SLA and KPI compliance.
* Mentoring junior team members to foster professional growth.
* Auditing files and analyzing team performance to maintain high standards.
The Successful Applicant
The Property Litigation Team Manager should be:
* A solicitor or equivalent with substantial experience in real estate.
* Knowledgeable about the Electronic Communications Code.
* Experienced in team management, with a track record of leading legal professionals.
* Familiarity with the telecoms or utilities sector would be desirable.
