My client is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to be responsible for maintaining the office environment to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality for over 250 employees.

Skills & Experience
Required:
* 1+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or office management.
* Knowledge of office systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and basic repairs
Preferred:
* Certification in facilities management or building maintenance
* Experience with energy management systems and green certifications
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations
The Package
* Competitive Salary: Basic salary of £40,000 - £47,000
