Job Title: Children’s Home Registered Manager
Location: Westbury, Wiltshire
Salary: Up to £66,550 per annum (includes base salary, bonuses, and long-term incentives)
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
Home; Number of Beds: 4-5 bed homes
Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England), Full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months)
Experience in Years: Experience managing an Ofsted-rated “Good” or “Outstanding” children’s home
Employment Type: Permanent

What We Do For You
* Salary: Base salary of £53,395 - £66,448 - 8 bed home
* Bonuses: 10% salary bonus reviewed annually, £2,500 on-call bonus (approx. 10 weekends per year), Attendance allowance (£1,400)
* Long-term incentive plan: 30% salary bonus accrued annually as a future lump sum
* Training: 4-week induction via Care Academy
* Holiday: 7 weeks’ annual leave
