JOB'S MISSION
* Design and manage the delivery of a remarkable event experience for all key event stakeholders: Visitors, Exhibitors and Sponsors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work alongside our Experience Manager to design, plan, and deliver exceptional event production and stakeholder experiences. Your key responsibilities will be:
* Deliver the digital experience of visitors, exhibitors, and sponsors throughout their journey (from registration to post-event) managing the complete event technology stack.
* Deliver the physical experience of visitors, exhibitors and sponsors throughout their journey (from registration to post-event) while managing all supplier relationships.
* Continuously improve operational processes, systems, and documentation for all stakeholders (exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and attendees). This includes evaluating and implementing new software solutions to streamline workflows and boost operational efficiency.
* Oversee the onboarding of exhibitors, sponsors, and speakers to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled according to sales agreements.
* Plan and coordinate technical elements of events, including AV equipment, internet connectivity, signage, feature area design, health & safety requirements, etc.
* Source the best suppliers and supervise their performance to deliver our event production requirements to the highest quality according to budget.
* Manage on-site operations and staff making sure the event is delivered with the highest possible quality.
* Ensure first-class communication and customer success with all key stakeholders at all times.

Qualifications, experience and skills
* At least 2 years of experience in planning on a large-size exhibition, conference or congress: Proven track record in event management, including comprehensive experience in planning, supplier coordination, and stakeholder management throughout the entire event lifecycle.
* Higher education: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in event management or other relevant professional qualification.
* Advanced digital proficiency: You have proven experience in using digital project management tools and event tech platforms and can demonstrate you can navigate the complexities of building stakeholder journeys across multiple software.

* Excellent communication skills: You speak and write clearly and articulately and can communicate effectively with stakeholders at all seniority levels.
