Role: Ecommerce Customer Service Assistant
Location: Brentwood
Hours - Monday -Friday - in person
Established Brentwood based business looking for a motivated E-commerce & Customer Service Assistant to join a friendly team.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone at the start of their career who’s eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact across our ecommerce activity.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Support
Answering customer queries via email, phone, and live chat.
Helping with basic issues like tracking orders and answering product questions.
• Order Processing
o Carrying out all admin involved with processing orders and making sure they’re dispatched on time.
o Helping to manage returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• E-commerce Assistance
o Updating product listings, including descriptions and photos (full training will be provided)
o Keeping an eye on stock levels and flagging when things are running low.
• General Admin
o Supporting the team with basic office tasks and helping keep things organised.
What We’re Looking For
• A friendly, positive attitude – you must love helping people and problem solving
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic computer skills (e.g., emails, typing, browsing) – we’ll teach you the rest of our clever software and systems!
• Organised and reliable with an eagerness to learn.
• Bonus points if you’re a natural problem-solver or have retail experience.
