Job Title: Youth Voice Deputy Coordinator
Salary: £28,891 per annum, pro rata
Hours: Negotiable up to 16hrs per week

The Junction seeks a passionate Youth Voice Deputy Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Help design projects, lead participation groups, and drive social action campaigns that matter to young people.
* Amplify youth voice in the Middlesbrough Youth Strategy.
* Support young people in social action projects they care about.
* Shape the future of youth services through the Youth Strategy Conference.
Qualifications:
* Proven track record of supporting young people.
* Passionate about youth participation and social action.
* Ability to inspire and collaborate with a knack for creative solutions.
