Role Overview:
This pivotal role requires a highly career-oriented individual ready to take the next step up the career ladder. The successful candidate will be responsible for the sales and account development of new and existing customers or regions. You will demonstrate expertise in Industrial/HVAC solutions sales, possess strong sales skills, and be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Focusing on Industrial/Commercial client applications.
* Technical understanding through building experience and knowledge of the HVAC industry is a MUST to support customer demands.
* Experience in industrial engineering within a sales-based capacity.
* 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role.
* A proven track record as an account developer, capable of researching new markets and driving sales.
* Excellent relationship-building and maintenance skills.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of accounts, nurturing positive relationships with clients.
* Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships - Increase market share within Mechanical consultants and key accounts.
* Financial performance of the southern territory.
* Proactively resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to clients.
* Set and achieve KPIs, leading by example in sales performance.
* Develop and implement account development and penetration strategies.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated experience as a Key Account Manager.
* Understanding of sales performance metrics.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
