Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, submit, and manage accurate cost estimates, budgets, and valuations for M&E projects.
* Conduct detailed cost analysis and manage procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
* Prepare interim valuations, final accounts, and variations for projects.
* Monitor project costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure profitability.
* Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure financial control.
* Evaluate and negotiate contract terms and resolve any financial or contractual issues.
* Provide regular reports on project financial status and forecasts to senior management.
* Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the M&E sector.
* Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, installations, and regulations.
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Full UK driving license.
