Job Title: Deputy Care Manager
Location: Wigan
Salary: £35,117.33 - £35,637.33 per year
Working Hours: 2 on, 4 off rota
Pay Per Sleep: Additional sleep-in payments
Service: Children's Home
Service Users: YPs with EBD, trauma, and attachment needs
Qualifications Required:
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (required)
* Level 5 Leadership and Management (Residential Management pathway) (preferred)
Experience in Years Required: 2 years in Residential Childcare
Employment Type: Permanent

Who we are looking for…
* Passionate about making a difference in young people's lives
* Ability to lead and motivate staff teams
* Experience with Ofsted inspections
* Knowledge of current childcare legislation
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins
* Strong understanding of attachment and trauma in relation to young people
* Experience in a therapeutic setting is desirable
