THE ROLE In this exciting fixed-term role (9 months) you will have the opportunity to drive, accelerate and deliver key merchandising projects focusing on improvements and efficiencies in reporting, budgeting, and processes as well as the sourcing, development and implementation of new tools. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and deliver effective, accurate reporting and improve reporting processes for trade, store stock and sales visibility, sale and cash margin. Assess and develop new ways of reporting to deliver efficiencies across all areas of Merchandising. Create new models to provide improvements and efficiencies to budgeting processes. Create and deliver a revised replenishment process in advance of the implementation of the AI replenishment tool. Lead and manage the implementation of the AI replenishment tool/system. Drive the project to research and scope out tools for Pricing. Present project roadmap updates to the Senior Leadership Team. Support other members of the Merchandising team as required. THE PERSON Experience at Senior Merchandiser/Merchandising Manager level within fashion retail; experience within Branch Merchandising is desired. Experience working with multiple trading channels preferred Proven track record of leading and delivering projects including those related to Merchandising tools/systems implementation is essential Able to lead and drive change-focused projects Project management skills; able to deliver projects to budget and to agreed deadlines Excellent attention to detail, with a logical and mathematical approach to problem-solving Commercially minded, able to identify, influence, track, react and exploit opportunities to maximise efficiencies Strong reporting skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels Highly analytical and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office particularly Excel Collaborative approach with the ability to engage others to deliver Ability to adapt quickly and navigate a fast-paced environment is key We are committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion in everything we do.
