Operational Relationship Manager with VMO2's Logistics Partner
We are seeking an experienced Operational Relationship Manager to oversee our partnership with VMO2's outsourced logistics provider. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all operational logistics requirements related to business-to-business fulfilment across key areas, including Core Fleet Transport, Field Store Locations, Partner Build, and Technical sites.
Your focus will be on ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction among stakeholders across various departments, including IT, Property & Facilities, Engineering, Consumer, Business, Networks, Fibre Up, and Network Expansion. The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
* A full UK driving license - Willingness to travel, including overnight stays due to the geographical locations of the logistics network.
* Experience handling multiple stakeholders, with well-developed negotiation, influencing and people leadership skills, with ability to think on your feet when handling objections.
* Proven-track record maintaining relationships, with experience working with external Partners.
* Ability to manage workloads effectively, prioritising tasks in line with required deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
