About the Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will source and attract the best talent in the market you specialize in on behalf of your Client. Bringing our "find and engage" methodology to life using tools and technology to apply sourcing techniques that will identify target talent pools and passive candidates. You will be working on one of Hays’ established accounts, working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.

What you can expect day to day
1. Conduct intake briefing calls with hiring manager and recruitment partner at requisition creation stage.
2. Be seen as the sourcing expert, demonstrating knowledge of the talent landscape and relevant candidate attraction strategies.
3. Regularly market content to candidates’ audiences using social, email marketing, direct approaches and our cutting edge recruitment database.
4. Translate job descriptions into compelling advertising copy to be used on relevant digital channels.
5. Provide a credible short-list of suitable candidates for each vacancy within agreed time frames.
6. When applicable, negotiate terms of the offer between the hiring manager and candidate to satisfactory conclusion.
7. Manage all candidate compliance and onboarding.
8. Provide excellent after-care to all candidates we have placed.
What you’ll need to succeed
1. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to partner successfully with stakeholders on all levels.
2. Highly organized to manage multiple candidates at once.
3. Experience in customer-facing or sales roles is desirable.
4. Analytically minded, with a strong working knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel; Knowledge of Teams, Zoom, and Slack.
5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
6. A proactive person who enjoys problem-solving and getting to the root cause of queries.
7. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
8. High attention to detail.
