We are seeking a detail-oriented and confident Finance Assistant to provide support within the School Finance Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent service to staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Credit card administration
2. Making purchases on a timely basis where invoices cannot be obtained
3. Ensuring budget holder approval before processing transactions
4. Referring new suppliers for credit checking
5. Recording and posting transactions to the ledger accurately
6. Cash card administration, reviewing expenditure, and reconciling it with receipts
