Based at the Treaty Centre in Hounslow (free parking!), you’ll work reasonable hours in a vibrant and supportive team, making a genuine impact on local residents.
As an Employment Advisor, you’ll meet with 5–8 participants daily, providing personalised one-to-one support to help them overcome barriers to work. Your clients may face challenges such as:
English not being their first language,
Balancing caring responsibilities while seeking flexible work, or
Rebuilding confidence after unemployment or managing a disability.
Using your recruitment expertise, you’ll help clients:
Craft CVs and cover letters,
Job search effectively,
Prepare for interviews, and
Navigate "better-off" financial calculations for sustainable employment.You’ll also liaise with local employers, advocate for your clients, and find creative ways to support them—whether it’s sourcing work attire or planning their route to an interview.
