Job Description
* Negotiate and procure contracts in accordance with the organisation's procurement strategy, ensuring value for money is achieved.
* Monitor budget expenditures, identifying any variances that could affect forecasting accuracy.
* Ensure planned maintenance is scheduled correctly and executed in compliance with regulatory standards and contract agreements.
* Assist in evaluating, developing, and leading projects to implement and approve appropriate remedial actions and solutions.
* Support the delivery of service level agreements and key performance indicators, ensuring all targets are met.
* Ensure buildings are fully compliant with mechanical and electrical regulations, as well as health and safety standards.
* Ensure policies and procedures are up-to-date and support continuous improvement efforts.
* Provide exceptional customer satisfaction by effectively managing contractor and supplier relationships to meet service requirements.
* Ensure security and CCTV installations comply with GDPR standards.
The Successful Applicant
* NVQ Level 3 in a mechanical or electrical field
* Experience in building management compliance
* Supervisory/managerial experience of sub contractors
* Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
* Understanding of legal requirements of mechanical or electrical health and safety
