Meeting and Events Sales Manager
The Property, a leading international hotel company, is seeking a highly skilled Meeting and Events Sales Manager to lead the day-to-day functions of this busy office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct day-to-day conference and events activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members.
* Provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to improve team members' performance.
* Plan and conduct pre-event and post-event meetings with clients and catering staff to determine potential enhancements to the guest experience.
* Complete forecasts, plans, and productivity reports as required.
* Manage a team of 3 Event Agents.
Requirements:
* Experience of being a Meeting and Events Sales Manager.
* High standards, a can-do attitude, be results-driven, and have excellent attention to detail.
* A strong commercial outlook, determined to achieve results.
* Excellent customer care and focus and ability to think outside the box.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality and a strong understanding of the hotel industry. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
