As part of the role the Consultant may be asked to provide cover for a Level 2a Specialist Rehabilitation Beds & Stroke Rehabilitation Unit. Based in Plymouth, at Mount Gould Hospital, this role joins an enthusiastic physician team of 3 Consultants, 1 Specialist, 1 SAS Doctor plus trainees on rotation & a well-established multidisciplinary team. You will be an integral part of the Physicians Group, working a mix of acute & community settings, assessing people who have multiple, complex, interconnected & enduring medical conditions. We provide treatment that is person-centred, to ensure that the patient is actively involved in decisions regarding their care.
