This is an ideal opportunity for someone who:
* Holds a BTEC Level 3 qualification in a construction or technical related discipline.
* Thrives in planning and organising work and solving technical challenges.
* Has strong IT skills and basic project management knowledge.
Key responsibilities:
* Prepare drawings, designs and contract documents to support the delivery of various engineering projects.
* Supervise work under appropriate direction to ensure quality, cost and time requirements are met.
* Assist with surveys, risk assessments and technical studies for project development.
* Handle enquiries, providing effective resolution or guidance and work collaboratively with internal teams and external parties to ensure successful project outcomes.

* £87m A164 and Jocks Lodge Junction Improvement Scheme
* £49m Howden Relief Road Scheme
It is not essential that you have worked for a Council or the public sector previously, as appropriate mentoring and training will be provided.
