What You'll Do:
* Innovative Process Design & Engineering – Dive into process simulations, design calculations, and optimization, ensuring the selection and sizing of cutting-edge equipment that makes a real difference.
* Engineering Deliverables Creation – Prepare essential engineering documents like Process Flow Diagrams, Heat & Mass Balances, P&IDs, Process Datasheets, and more, with expert guidance from the Lead Process Engineer.
* Process Safety Support – Play an essential role in supporting process safety activities, collaborating with our Lead Technical Safety Engineer to ensure rigorous safety standards are met.
* Cross-Disciplinary Coordination – Work hand-in-hand with other departments, ensuring seamless integration of your work with various engineering disciplines.
* Vendor Documentation & Review – Take responsibility for reviewing key vendor documents, drawings, datasheets, and specifications, ensuring alignment with project standards.
* Quality & Compliance – Ensure that all work adheres to our company’s HSEQ standards, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
* Mentorship & Collaboration – You’ll be checking the work of other process engineers, fostering a collaborative, supportive environment for the entire team.
* Continuous Improvement – Constantly seek ways to enhance personal and company performance, presenting ideas for system improvements to your line manager.

Who We're Looking For:
We’re looking for an experienced engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strong foundation in process engineering principles. If you have the following qualifications, we’d love to hear from you:
* Educational Background: A Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering is essential, with an ongoing commitment to professional development (CPD).
* Experience: At least 5 years in high-hazard industries, with hands-on experience across all stages of project development (Concept/Feasibility, FEED, and Detailed Design).
* Technical Expertise: Experience with process simulation software like HYSYS or UNISIM (knowledge of AspenONE is a plus). You should also be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Engineering Passion: A keen interest in the technical side of process engineering, with a track record of contributing to safety, efficiency, and design excellence.
