You'll work directly with 28 properties which are distributed across England, Northern Ireland, and Wales. As this is a national role, there is flexibility on your contractual place of work. Providing high-quality, professional programme support service to the Senior Programme Manager and Programme Board. You’ll be responsible for the organisation and administration of Programme Support and wider team meetings and minutes, providing a consistent point of contact for the programme both internally and externally. To support the delivery of the communications plan, you’ll coordinate the monthly news bulletin, update intranet pages and develop case studies, ensuring that all files and folders are up to date. You’ll be supporting the collation of reports for the programme board, helping to ensure that project teams are adhering to best practice, and providing ad hoc administrative support for projects within the programme.
