Our Client who is a well established business in Hull are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join their busy Depot. You will be responsible for managing, the sourcing, ordering and supply of automotive parts based within thie busy truck servicing business. The ideal candidate will be involved in offering expert advice, handling inventory and ensuring efficient customer service.
You will work closely with the workshop,and sales teams.
Customer Service:
* Dealing with customers at the counter and over the phone.
* Identifying customer needs for parts.
* Conducting transactions in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
Parts Management:
* Advising customers on which parts they might need for their vehicle
* Taking orders in person, over the phone, or by email
* Checking stock availability
* Getting parts from the storeroom or ordering them from suppliers.
Sales:
* Taking responsibility for each sales lead.
* Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell parts.
