We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef on behalf of our client to join their team at a popular dining location. This role is perfect for a skilled chef who is confident in handling both breakfast and bistro-style cuisine, working in a dynamic environment that shifts from morning meals to lunchtime dining. Job Details Shift Hours: 7 am - 4 pm Weekly Hours: 45 hours Menu Transition: Begin the day with the break menu and transition to the bistro menu at lunchtime, offering a variety of fresh and delicious dishes throughout the day. Key Responsibilities : Prepare and cook a range of dishes, starting with breakfast items and moving to more sophisticated bistro-style cuisine. Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen cleanliness. Work efficiently during busy periods and adapt to menu changes throughout the day. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage ingredients, inventory, and supplies. Requirements : Previous experience as a chef in a busy kitchen environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of both breakfast and bistro-style cooking. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Passion for food and delivering high-quality dishes consistently.
