About Us:
As the GRAHAM business continues to grow and develop, we are seeking multiple enthusiastic and experienced Foreman to join our Building / Construction Division. This role is pivotal in managing the successful completion of various building and construction projects in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate daily operations on construction sites.
* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Supervise and manage site personnel, including subcontractors and labourers.
* Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
* Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
* Monitor progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
* Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Foreman in the construction industry.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Excellent knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field are desirable.
