Role overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Project Analyst to join our Finance team on a Fixed Term Contract. This role will primarily support the global implementation of the Emburse Enterprise (formerly Chrome River) expense system and enhance the efficiency of the Aderant accounts payable process. The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting in the documenting and implementation of system processes across Accounts Payable. Additionally, the role could involve other areas such as Billing, and Credit Control functions. Key activities/responsibilities Assist with the global implementation of the Emburse Enterprise expense management system, ensuring seamless integration with existing finance processes. Streamline the Aderant accounts payable process, including data exports and workflow optimisations. Assist in documenting and the implementation of finance system processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Providing support to the global team to ensure processes are adopted globally. Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify system enhancements and improvements. Identify training needs and assist in the development of appropriate training programs. Ensure compliance with financial controls and policies across all system processes. Skills and experience – essential Previous experience in a Finance Project Analyst or similar role, ideally within a professional services or law firm environment. Strong knowledge of finance systems, including experience with Emburse Enterprise and Aderant (or similar financial management platforms). Proven experience in process improvement and system implementation. Ability to document processes clearly and concisely for both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate meaningful reports. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
