Job Title: SEN Tutor Location: England, South East England, Oxfordshire Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Secondary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Description: Job Duties: Provide one-to-one support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop and implement individualised education plans based on students' needs Utilise various teaching methods and resources to support students' learning Assess students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff regarding students' progress Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with students with SEN Knowledge of SEN regulations and best practises Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field Experience: At least 2 years of experience working as a SEN tutor or in a similar role Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of different learning styles and strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs Experience working with students with specific learning difficulties Working Conditions: Part-time hours, flexible schedule Work primarily in a school or educational setting May require travel to different locations within Oxfordshire All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
