Your new role
Working as a general administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office. This will include using Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel on a daily basis. You'll be providing administrative support to the wider project teams, so duties will include:
1. Answering calls into the office
2. Dealing with and responding to any email queries
3. Scanning and filing of documentation including technical drawings
4. Meeting and greeting all visitors to the site
5. Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding project deadlines
6. Any other ad-hoc duties that may arise
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be comfortable undertaking administrative work, be organized, and have a can-do attitude. You'll be a team player, professional at all times, and comfortable dealing with people at all levels. You'll have good IT skills and be confident in your use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
What you'll get in return
This is a temporary role to start ASAP. The duration of the role is anticipated to last until 14th February 2025. This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday with hours of work from 9 am to 4 pm, including a 30-minute lunch break. The hourly rate is £ per hour.
