Ideally, you would have experience working in a children's home, but do not be put off if you do not; we are looking for qualities such as: Resilience, Kindness, Calm under pressure, Problem solvers, Good sense of humour, Initiative, and Inspirational characters.
We take safeguarding very seriously, and this role is subject to extensive reference and recruitment checks, including an Enhanced DBS certificate.
