We enable clients to live independently as possible. The role of a Support Worker Waking Nights may involve personal care, night time observations if needed, medication and support to clients with Autism and Aspergers, Acquired Brain Injury and Learning Difficulties. All person specific training will be given before starting as well as paid shadow shifts. We are looking Support Worker who is interested in learning or expanding their knowledge within the care sector. Experience in the above is not required but having knowledge around these things will serve as an advantage. You do not need to drive for the role although it is desirable, it is more important that you have the right values and want to help make a difference to someone's life. You will be based in one building and there are opportunities for waking night shifts and sleep in shifts. This will be discuss with you at interview.
