We are seeking an experienced SEMH Teacher to join our team and contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
* Develop and implement tailored lesson plans to cater to individual student requirements.
* Work closely with the SLT to ensure seamless communication and collaboration between teachers and support staff.

Requirements:
