I'm currently working with an established children's residential provider to recruit a Deputy Manager to join their team in Colne. This role does include shifts and sleeps so you must be flexible to work this pattern.

You must have:
1. Must have a full manual driving license
2. Must be fully flexible and have the ability to work unsociable shift patterns
3. Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent
4. The desire to develop into a Registered Children's Home Management
The main duties of a Deputy Manager:
1. To lead the team to deliver high quality care to the young people
2. To ensure that all risks are safely managed in line with company policies and procedures
3. To communicate effectively young people's care plans and other associated documentation
4. To undertake an in-depth quality and bespoke training package
5. To attend/chair staff meetings and be proactive in developing and improving the service model
