The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in cost management, tender document preparation, and client liaison.
Responsibilities:
1. Conducting benchmarking and feasibility assessments.
2. Crafting thorough budget estimates and cost plans.
3. Drafting preliminaries and general conditions for tender documents.
4. Conducting tender evaluations and compiling reports.
5. Preparing interim valuation recommendations.
6. Delivering comprehensive cost management services pre and post contract.
7. Providing clear and concise advice to clients through reports and emails.
8. Attending meetings with clients, contractors, and fellow consultants.
Requirements:
9. Previously worked as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role.
10. Background in cost management.
11. Strong knowledge of construction technology.
12. Hold a MRICS chartered status.
13. Attention to detail and effective communication skills.
14. Commitment to continuing professional development.
