Main duties of the job Perform advanced assessments and deliver tailored treatment plans for patients with complex physical and psychological conditions. Collaborate with community therapy services, day services, and other providers to ensure continuity of care. Provide leadership and supervision to junior staff, students, and therapy assistants.
