Our client based in Poole is looking for a part-time HR Administrator to join their team. This is a small, friendly engineering business needing extra support within their office.
This is a permanent position offering an immediate start, paying up to £27k pro rata. The right candidate will play a crucial role within the business, supporting the HR department. The role is 22.5 hours, working Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and respond to emails
2. Support within the recruitment process
3. Take accurate notes in important meetings
4. Cover the HR Advisor when needed
5. Ensure compliance with all legislation and statutory requirements
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience working in a busy office environment
2. Understanding of HR best practices and current UK employment law is desirable
3. Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment
4. Great organizational skills and attention to detail
5. High standard numeracy and literacy skills
