If you’re an experienced Solar Electrician with strong leadership and project management skills, this could be your next big move The Role As a Senior Solar Electrician (Team Manager), you’ll not only be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting on sensors and communication equipment, but you’ll also: Lead and manage a team of 2–10 Technicians in your region, planning their daily activities, responding to callouts whilst ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, quality, and efficiency. and Oversee your team's training, recruitment, and development, along with monitoring their performance and the region's overall success. The Important Stuff Salary: Up to £45k DOE Location: Cheshire/Staffordshire region.
