Our client is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with experience in the construction industry. They are looking for a motivated individual to join our team and play a key role in managing project costs, subcontractor payments, and material procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cost Management: Prepare and send costs to clients, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
* Subcontractor Agreements: Negotiate and agree rates with subcontractors.
* Invoices & Payments: Raise invoices and manage subcontractor payment applications.
* Procurement: Purchase stock and materials as required for ongoing projects.
* Financial Control: Ensure all costs are tracked and managed effectively to maintain project budgets.
Requirements:

* Ability to liaise with subcontractors and clients professionally.
