This is a full-time position within a warm and welcoming household, where the family values honesty, reliability, and a nurturing approach. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in newborn care and development, offering expert support in establishing feeding and sleeping routines, assisting with milestones, and providing a structured yet gentle approach to care.
The working schedule includes daytime shifts on Monday and Tuesday, followed by a combination of daytime and overnight care from Wednesday through Friday morning. The role offers a competitive salary, with a workload of approximately 50-60 hours per week. A First Aid Certificate and an up-to-date DBS check are essential, while a relevant childcare qualification will be highly advantageous.
The household is well-staffed with a gardener and a housekeeper, ensuring the nanny can focus solely on the twins' needs. A driving licence is essential, as child-related transportation may be required after the first year of employment.
In addition to a fulfilling and rewarding role, the successful candidate will benefit from excellent living arrangements, including a private cottage featuring a bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom, parking, and underfloor heating. The position includes 20 days of paid annual leave, plus eight bank holidays. Live in Maternity Nanny duties will include:

* Assisting with night-time care on scheduled overnight shifts.

* Extensive experience as a Maternity Nanny, particularly with newborns and twins.
* Strong knowledge of newborn care, including feeding, sleep training, and developmental milestones.
